Shipping Policy
The Saratoga Gift Basket Company’s shipping
charges includes the processing, handling and
shipping cost of the gift ordered. UPS, USPS and
FedEx are our preferred shipping services. Shipping
usually takes 2 – 7 business days depending on
destination.
There will be NO REFUNDS for orders with the
incorrect shipping address.
Food items cannot be returned.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays
will be shipped the next business day.
Changes in Shipping Information
If the shipping address has changed after the
order has been placed, please contact us immediately
and we will make necessary changes.
If the gift has already been picked up by the
shipping company, we will need to reroute the
package to the correct address. In this case, a
rerouting fee of $25.00 will be charged to your
credit card.
You are responsible for providing the correct
address. This includes: recipient name, company name
(if applicable), street number, floor, suite, or
apartment number and zip code.
Order Cancellation
Order cancellations can only be accepted prior to
the delivery or shipment of the gift. And are
subject to a 25% processing fee. Cancellation of
volume orders will be subject to a non-refund of
deposit.
Substitutions
Due to high demand, occasionally it is necessary
for items to be substituted. When this occurs the
item will be substituted for another item of equal
or greater value. This may include either the actual
container or a specific product.
Exchanges or Returns
Please contact us if your gift has arrived
damaged and we will gladly exchange it or offer a
refund. Notification needs occur within 48 hours of
receipt of order.
Enclosure Cards
Enclosure cards are includes at no additional
charge to you. Please be sure to include your
message, your name and company name (if applicable). |
