FAQ's
- Do you provide same day delivery? Typically your order will be delivered within 24 hours. If your order needs to be shipped same day, it must be placed by 11:00 EST, or it will be shipped the following business day.
- What is your policy regarding orders placed near major holidays? We cannot guarantee same day service near major holidays. We recommend that you provide us with a 2 day notice for local deliveries. If your order is being shipped, you must understand that UPS and FedEx, like other shipping companies will not guarantee on time delivery due to volume.
- Are the baskets customizable? Our baskets are assembled once the order is placed. Therefore, baskets can be customized. Please call us at 518-893-0306 to discuss customization and special requests.
- Do you provide suggestions or recommendations to customers in choosing the “right gift”? Please call us and we would be happy to assist you in this process.
- When will my credit card be charged? The Saratoga Gift Basket Company process the credit card when the order is processed. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us directly at 518-893-0306.
- Can I cancel my order? You may cancel your order if your gift basket has not yet been assembled. You must contact us by phone to cancel an order.
- What happens if I gave you the wrong address? If your order has not left our facility, we will be happy to change the address. If your order has left for local delivery, it will be returned to our facility and will be delivered the next day. There will be an additional $10.00 charge for our inconvenience. If your order has been shipped, we must wait until it arrives at the UPS destination station. We can then have the package rerouted. You will be charged an additional $10.00 to reroute.
- What are your hours? Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST.
- Do you assist people with special dietary needs? Yes, we offer gluten free baskets. All of our baskets can be made gluten free. We also offer sugar free baskets to accommodate diabetics. We are happy to work with our clients with other special needs as well.
- What geographic area do you deliver? We personally deliver in the Capital District and Saratoga Region of New York State. We ship nationwide and internationally as well.
